🔧 ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

✅ Understand business requirements and convert them into digital solutions
✅ Develop and maintain Zoho-based CRM & automation workflows
✅ Design, develop and maintain responsive websites
✅ Integrate APIs, payment gateways and third-party applications
✅ Develop e-commerce features and customer-facing solutions
✅ Troubleshoot technical issues and improve system performance
✅ Manage multiple projects and deliver within deadlines
